The organisational structure for Te Rūnanga-Ā-Iwi-O-Ngāpuhi is set out below.  It identifies the Rūnanga and it's subsidiaries and where they all fit together to  manage and administer the collective Ngāpuhi Assets.  The structure diagram goes into detail where the strategies split out into the business units.

Organisational Structure

This identifies the Rūnanga as the parent body and directly underneath are its two subsidiaries, Ngāpuhi Iwi Social Services Limited and Ngāpuhi Asset Holding Company Limited.  

• Ngāpuhi Iwi Social Services Limited is responsible for delivering social services contracts and as a result directly affects the social development aspirations of Ngāpuhi.
• Ngāpuhi Asset Holding Company Limited is responsible for managing the commercial development interests of Ngāpuhi.

The following chart identifies the operational organisation structure.  This is a top level view of how the organisational structure works operationally.  It doesn't include the staff involved but shows how everything works together based on the core strategies that Ngāpuhi have identified in its Strategic Plan.
